Suryavarman

The Devaraja of Surythara, Suryavarman Koṅvara-Mahādharmarāja is a white-streaked person whose natural magic made him the optimal choice for Devaraja. Despite being born just over 50 years ago, Suryavarman doesn't look a day over 30. Many claim that it is proof of his divinity - that the gods maintain his youth - but he attributes his slowed aging to the white-streak in his hair.

Kind but devout to a fault, Suryavarman has convinced himself that your arrival to Suryavat is a sign from the gods, and that you are the divine solution for all Surythara's woes. He has sworn his aid to you and protection to the child, but with a potential Haenryeong invasion on the horizon, his power is questionable.
